The Otter Creek Property Owners Association is a group of 13 properties located in Otter Creek, Levy County, Florida, about 20 minutes from Cedar Key. These properties are located on either Birds Next Lane or Live Oak Lane, which are off of Rt 336, accessed from Rt 24 accessed from Rt 19 in Levy County.
